Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance involves both client satisfaction with professional services and client progress as a result of professional services. Dr. Bryant has instituted procedures for measuring both.

Clients are assessed at the beginning of treatment with objective measures such that problems can be identified, goals established, and progress tracked from the beginning to the end of treatment. In addition, at the end of treatment clients are requested to anonymously complete a patient satisfaction survey to provide feedback concerning the quality of service they have received.
